Villa M Marseille: a new approach to well-being overlooking the Mediterranean
What if taking care of yourself became a lifestyle in its own right? With Villa M Marseille, Groupe Pasteur Mutualité is rolling out a unique concept combining health, sport, hospitality and innovation in an exceptional location opposite the Borély racecourse. Much more than a hotel or health center, it’s a veritable wellness ecosystem that’s taking root in the 8ᵉ arrondissement.
Villa M, a hybrid venue for a global approach
Born in Paris, Villa M has reinvented its hospitality philosophy in Marseille: healthy eating, exercise, aftercare, relaxation and innovation. On site: 140 rooms, a restaurant, a spa, a boxing & fitness club, as well as a prevention center and coworking spaces.
Designed for caregivers, patients, workers and the curious, this unique venue aims to break down the barriers of health, integrating physical and mental well-being into every detail. Méthode M, a longevity check-up program, is designed as a tailor-made accompaniment, far removed from conventional protocols.
Spa, sport and preventive medicine
On the program: cryotherapy, hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi, Deep Nature treatments… The spa becomes a complete regeneration center. And to keep the momentum going, Jo di Bona’s boxing club introduces young and old to the noble art. Yoga, Pilates, cross-training: classes follow one another with expert coaches in a room bathed in light.
On the health front, the five consultation blocks offer care for nutrition, stress, sleep and pain management. Innovation is everywhere, right down to the iMpulsion gas pedal dedicated to start-ups in the medical sector.
