Hôtel de Crillon: liquid memories at Bar Les Ambassadeurs with “A Sense of Memories”.

From May 15, 2025, the prestigious Bar Les Ambassadeurs at theHôtel de Crillon unveils its brand new cocktail menu: “A Sense of Memories”. A refined sensory experience, conceived as a tribute to the most tender of memories. In a setting steeped in history, mixology and emotion merge to offer an unforgettable taste journey.

Emotions distilled in every glass

Designed as the first volume in a seasonal series, this menu features 15 signature cocktails. The concept? To reinterpret personal memories in liquid creations, from the smell of damp wood to that of a birthday cake, to the feel of a walk by the sea.

Each cocktail tells a story. You don’t just drink a blend: you relive a story, an atmosphere, a lost moment.

A bold menu by Kévin Rigault

Under the direction of the talented Kévin Rigault, the bar team has devised a menu where technique, storytelling and seasonality meet. All ingredients are carefully selected, with the aim of translating emotions through taste.

• “Seaside” evokes sea spray. Based on Haku vodka, aquavit and manzanilla, it incorporates notes of oyster and caper. An ultra iodized take on the Dry Martini.
• “Flames” plays on the warmth of a campfire. It combines mezcal, maple syrup and padron pepper. Smoky, intense, almost mystical.
• “Birthday Cake” is a sweet celebration: vodka, strawberry, vanilla soda, cookie. Light and regressive, it makes you smile from the very first sip.
• “Forest” is a more plant-based blend of VSOP cognac, birch, lichen and poplar buds. A woody walk in a glass.

An inclusive menu: non-alcoholic versions available

A rare feature of this type of establishment: every cocktail has a non-alcoholic version. The bar uses cutting-edge substitutes such as Seedlip Garden or Tanqueray 0%, to guarantee the same emotion without the effects of alcohol.

This approach reinforces the sensory, accessible aspect of the experience, enhancing both the aromatic palette and the cocktail ritual.

A legendary venue for an exceptional experience

Located in the heart of the Hôtel de Crillon, opposite Place de la Concorde, Les Ambassadeurs remains a jewel in the crown of Parisian hotels. With its Second Empire decor, crystal chandeliers, painted ceilings and live music every evening, the setting plays a full part in the magic of the moment.
