Perched high above the 9ᵉ arrondissement, the Bar sur Le Toit at La Fantaisie Paris is metamorphosing this summer into a vibrant oasis in the colors of Mexico. In collaboration with tequila house Don Julio, the hotel unveils an immersive scenography where palm trees, strings of lights and breathtaking views over Montmartre compose a unique sensory escape. An invitation to travel, without leaving Paris.

At the heart of this sunny interlude, tequila reigns supreme. A bespoke menu pays tribute to the aromatic richness of Don Julio, headlined by a revisited Paloma: fresh, sparkling and tangy, it’s the star cocktail of the summer. Other bespoke creations complete the experience, for a vibrant aperitif from golden hour to nightfall.
A complete experience combining design and international cuisine
The atmosphere wouldn’t be complete without a touch of design. Claire Deroo (@clairecreatives) designed a sunny, cheerful decor, as well as the teams’ new striped uniforms, produced via her PDKF brand. On the food side, Baja California-inspired finger food takes pride of place: melt-in-the-mouth quesadillas, homemade guacamole, crispy tortillas, spicy corn sticks… A perfect offer to share with friends.
