The confidential cosmetics brand that grows… among the Médoc vines

On ten hectares of vineyard land, a gentle revolution is taking place. What if the beauty of the future took root in the soil?

Dix Hectares: regenerative beauty according to Charlotte Bouygues

Founded in the heart of Château Montrose, Dix Hectares is a cosmetics brand that goes against the grain of conventional marketing. No exotic extracts or miracle ingredients. Each treatment is rooted in a living ecosystem, cultivated according to the principles ofregenerative agriculture.

Charlotte Bouygues is in charge of this confidential but ambitious project. Her vision: to make the plant – not the trend – the starting point for each formula. Clover, germinated barley, comfrey or yarrow: the plants used grow without chemical inputs, on soil that has been rebalanced and observed with the same rigor as a converted organic vineyard.

From soil to care: total traceability

Before cultivating, each plot is analyzed with a spade, scrutinizing earthworms, clod structure, nitrogen levels… The aim is to boost biodiversity and produce without depleting resources. The production cycle is slow and precise, excluding any industrial standardization. Active ingredients are extracted cold, locally, to preserve the plants’ biochemical integrity.

This rigorous approach has given rise to an ultra-targeted line: a Cream and a Serum designed for spring-summer, whose bio-compatibility respects the skin’s natural rhythm. Like the earth that nourishes them, these skincare products adapt to the seasons, inaugurating an evolving ritual.

A radical aesthetic in sobriety

Even the packaging reflects this philosophy. Designed by Dorothée Meilichzon, the bottles are biodegradable, uncluttered and conceived as discreet objects. There’s nothing demonstrative here: beauty takes a back seat to life, in an age saturated with performative discourse.
