This chic olive oil makes its debut on the most elegant tables

Long relegated to the back of the cupboard, olive oil is now elevated to the status of a desirable object. Château d’Estoublon, an iconic estate in the Alpilles region, is a shining example of this.

Goldsmith expertise in the heart of Provence

120 hectares of olive groves, a private mill and an on-site bottling line: at Château d’Estoublon, each oil is the fruit of absolute control, from orchard to bottle. Pressed within 24 hours of harvest, the olives reveal their freshness in precise blends designed as veritable haute couture compositions. The result? 48 gold medals and membership of the prestigious Comité Colbert, the closed circle of French luxury houses.

The secret of the Estoublon style lies in this total mastery, as Victor Joyeux, the company’s managing director, points out: “Every stage is carried out on the estate, from the pruning of the trees to the bottle. This guarantees consistency, freshness and uniqueness.

From taste to design: a deliberate move upmarket

But even more than their taste, it’s the Couture bottles that have propelled Estoublon oils into another dimension. Inspired by the world of perfumery, these almond-green ribbed cases become decorative objects, refined gifts and even collector’s items. “We’ll soon be revisiting our bottle in a customizable version,” announces Joyeux.

The latest creation, L’Assemblage du Moulin, embodies this vision: perfect balance, expressive green fruitiness, hints of almond and flowers, rich in polyphenols and monounsaturated fatty acids. Enjoy with a simple carpaccio of sea bream or some pan-fried asparagus.
