The Palacio will change the way you sleep (and dine).

What if the best party in Paris was hiding behind a curtain? Welcome to the Palacio, a new nocturnal jewel nestled on rue Taitbout. A place conceived as a hedonistic theater, between Basque gastronomy, dinner-shows and clubbing, where every night becomes a flamboyant chapter.

Pintxonomics and show in bursts

At the Palacio, the evening gets off to a gentle start with a dinner by Pintxonomie: highly gourmet pintxos, the Basque version of tapas, perfect for sharing. The menu is fiery, generous and elegant: chuleta from Galicia, lamb from the Pyrenees, grilled lobster, and even a Basque cheesecake heralded as the best in the capital.

But the real twist comes at 9.30pm. As soon as the lights dim, the artists take to the stage: dancers, acrobats, visual surprises. All orchestrated by Visionnaire Event, the international benchmark for dinner shows. The atmosphere is electrified. And the customer is immersed in a multi-sensory experience.

A hidden bar, a hushed atmosphere

A discreet staircase leads to an intimate, subdued bar, ideal for prolonging the evening away from the hustle and bustle. The cocktails, for their part, rival each other in creativity: spices, homemade infusions, play on textures. As in the kitchen, the liquid menu is carefully crafted in a sensory and playful vein.

At midnight, the Palacio changes its face

At 00:07, no more service. The room becomes a liberated dancefloor. The DJ takes over, the decibels rise, and the party can begin. There’s already talk of a new Palace, a nod to the golden age of Parisian nightlife. A place where people come to dance as much as to experience something rare.
