Lillet sets up shop at the Burgundy for the summer, and we all want to go!

What if summer in Paris could be enjoyed in the shade of a lemon tree, with a Lillet spritz in hand? Nestled within the hushed walls of the Burgundy Paris, Le Patio du Charles is transformed into a summer oasis. To celebrate the season, the hotel has teamed up with Lillet, the iconic Bordeaux aperitif, to offer a sensory and gastronomic experience that’s fresh, elegant and resolutely relaxed.

Solar scenography at the Burgundy

When summer arrives, the Patio du Charles reinvents itself. Colorful cushions, flowery crates, vintage posters and Lillet fans make up a cheerful, floral decor, a subtle tribute to French aperitifs.
The place becomes a green refuge in the heart of Parisian bustle, where you can slow down, have lunch or simply sip a cocktail in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.

An original, gourmet Spritz menu

The real signature of this collaboration? A collection of spritzes imagined by Gabriele Tomasso, Le Charles “head bartender. Inspired by the fresh, floral aromas of Lillet, his creations are the perfect accompaniment to Chef Mylo Levin” s summer menu.

Starters include tomato confit tartelette, green asparagus with labneh, and the chic Vitello Tonnato. On the main course, risotto with gambas and saffron is a must, while on the sweet side, pastry chef Léandre Vivier delights with strawberry pavlova, rhubarb and Andaliman berry tart, and a chocolate hazelnut Paris-Brest to die for.

The perfect break at the Burgundy, from lunch to cocktails

From lunch on the terrace to a chic snack break, the Patio du Charles offers a variable-geometry experience. This confidential venue plays the card of discreet luxury, with an intimate, leafy ambience, far removed from the clichés of the 8th arrondissement. All served withBurgundy’s sober excellence, blending care and naturalness.
