L’Annex Cannes: 10 years of Italian art of living in majesty on the Croisette
In 2025, L’Annex celebrates its tenth birthday. For ten years, this ultra-desirable address has been shaping the summer in Cannes with an assertive vision of Italian lifestyle, combining gastronomy, art de vivre and immersive entertainment. With a new scenography designed by Jacques Garcia, a sunny menu by Riccardo Cuccurullo and an original dinner show called SOLAR, L’Annex reinvents itself without ever denying its flamboyant DNA.
Jacques Garcia x Roberto Cavalli: Baroque theater on a golden beach
On the Croisette, opposite the Carlton, L’Annex is the only seaside project by Jacques Garcia, an emblematic figure in hotel architecture. His inspiration: the caves of Borromeo Island, which he transposed into a baroque, dreamlike setting. Mural frescoes, sculpted vaulted ceilings, a play of light and precious materials create a décor that is both theatrical and enveloping, designed to enhance every moment of the day.
On the beach, Roberto Cavalli returns for a second collaboration, this time featuring the iconic Zebra print. Towels, cushions, tableware, placemats: everything is by Cavalli in a version bolder than ever, between summer couture and graphic sensuality.
Sun-drenched cuisine between Italy and the Mediterranean
Chef Riccardo Cuccurullo’ s menu is generous and elegant, faithful to his Italian roots while bringing out the best in Mediterranean cuisine. Enjoy vitello tonnato, creamy burrata, tuna tartare or red prawn carpaccio, served with iodized white wines or a revisited spritz.
Fresh homemade pastas, such as Paccheri with lobster or asparagus risotto, rival each other for finesse. Seafood platters, from Gillardeau oysters to whole lobsters, add a Riviera touch to this menu of pleasures. All in a relaxed atmosphere during the day and resolutely glamorous after dark.
SOLAR: a dinner show of light, energy and celebration
Since 2015, L’Annex’s dinner shows have become cult summer events in Cannes. After MOON, AQUA and ELYSIUM, 2025 welcomes a new immersive artistic creation: SOLAR. Conceived as a sensory odyssey, this show blends contemporary dance, circus arts, luminous scenography and flamboyant costumes.
Every evening (except Mondays) from July 1 to September 14, the beach is transformed into an open-air theater, between sparkling sea and starry sky. Guests dine under the stars, to the rhythm of live performances and an electro-Mediterranean soundtrack that builds in power as the night progresses.

For its 10th anniversary, L’Annex reaffirms its positioning: a place that transcends the simple dining or beach experience. Its DNA: a French-style vision of Italy, glamorous and nonchalant, yet resolutely contemporary.
