Léonie Reuilly: the new large-format bakery

Located in the former Reuilly-Diderot barracks, Léonie Bakery Reuilly is no ordinary bakery. With its 1,000 sq. m. of floor space on two floors, this new address in the 12th arrondissement blends artisan breads, top-of-the-range coffee shops and an ultra-polished industrial ambience. Kamel Saci’s ambitious concept transforms bakery tradition into a true experience.
A neo-bakery designed as a living space
Forget the classic neighborhood bakery. Léonie Reuilly offers an immersion into a world where natural sourdough, organic flours and demanding recipes dictate the law of taste. Behind the project is Kamel Saci, a globe-trotting artisan who trained with renowned chefs and founded Maison Léonie in 2020.
At this monumental address, the brand rolls out its must-have viennoiseries – pure butter croissant, cinnamon-cardamom rolls, ham-emmental croissant – and a range of signature breads: baguette au moulin Viron, tourte de meule, cœur de sarrasin or tordu du Gers.
For lunch, a shady terrace and fresh recipes
Lunchtime attracts gourmets and local workers alike. On the menu: fresh salads, baguette sandwiches with seasonal recipes, generous buns… All to be enjoyed on a green terrace lined with olive trees. A true luxury in the heart of Paris, especially in summer.
A demanding coffee shop with an arty touch
The first floor features a coffee shop in collaboration with L’Arbre à Café, with all the classics – espresso, matcha, flat white – made on a Marzocco. Upstairs, a modular space with terrace can be reserved for gourmet workshops or events.
Olivia de Bona’s mural enhances the raw, industrial decor, while the burgundy waxed concrete floor and dark wood showcase showcase the company’s in-house creations.
Léonie DNA: quality, local, modern
At Léonie, nothing is left to chance. All products are made on the premises, using organic ingredients or ingredients from certified local suppliers. The house continues to expand in Paris (with six boutiques already), with the same rigorous standards: homemade sourdough, mastery of cooking, chiselled recipes and zero compromise on taste.
A must-try address
With this new opening, Léonie Reuilly sets a new standard for Parisian bakeries. More than a place to buy, a place to live. For coffee, lunch or a good loaf of bread, this great 12th arrondissement address has it all.
