A culinary and creative summer at Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann
Galeries Lafayette transforms summer into a sensory adventure with artistic window displays and original food concepts.
From July 8 to August 25, 2025, the windows of Boulevard Haussmann will be adorned with the strong, graphic universe of Ruslan Baginskiy. The designer, famous for his geometric hats, celebrates the tenth anniversary of his house with a carte blanche of twelve sculptural window displays, combining jewelry, bags and headwear.
Each piece pays tribute to a rooted yet resolutely contemporary craft. His work can also be seen in the Coupole, on the 2ᵉ floor.
An unconventional food offering
The experience continues with a bold new culinary guard.
François Daubinet x Coutume: on the 2ᵉ floor, a hybrid coffee shop blends specialty coffees, signature pastries, creative drinks and even a savory offering. To enjoy on the spot or to take away.
Alain Ducasse sets up his Kiosque on boulevard Haussmann. On the menu: original ice creams and sorbets (pistachio praline, fresh herb) and hand-baked cookies. Available until August 26.
Merouan Bounekraf, revealed by Top Chef, will inaugurate his first Terre Terre restaurant on the 1st floor of Le Gourmet on August 7. His menu will feature vegetarian cuisine with character, homemade pastries and signature mocktails.
Joe & The Juice, from Copenhagen, sets up store in the de l’Homme store with a fast, healthy and gourmet offer.
