We Dough: the cookie dough bar that’s melting Paris

A new sweet bar has arrived in the Marais: We Dough, dedicated entirely to raw cookie dough. A regressive address to try out.

It’s an address likely to become a favorite spot for the capital’s sweet tooths. Located at 5 rue des Lombards, in the 4th arrondissement, We Dough offers a 100% regressive concept: raw cookie dough, to enjoy on the spot, in a jar or to take away.

Everyone has tried raw cookie dough at least once… often on the sly, before baking. Problem: the classic version contains raw eggs and uncooked flour. We Dough has therefore reworked the recipe to make it entirely edible and safe-to-eat, without altering the taste or texture. The eggs are pasteurized, and the flour is baked at 180°C. The result is a delicious dough with no health risks.

Fragrances to suit your mood

The menu features a range of more or less classic flavors: pistachio cookie dough, white chocolate, plain, hazelnut and speculoos. The concept is also based on total personalization. You choose your base, then add your toppings: Oreo chips, caramel coulis, chocolate, roasted almonds or hazelnuts. A hot or cold version is available, depending on the weather… or your mood.

And if you’re more into soft cookies than raw dough, the store also offers American-style half-baked cookies, generously topped with matcha, fleur de sel, kinder, Nutella… enough to satisfy any sweet tooth.

To accompany your sweets, We Dough also offers comforting beverages: matcha latte, bubble tea, iced coffee… A complete range, in a space designed for a snack break or a cheat meal.
