Campari invites itself to the Hôtel du Collectionneur for a summer of Italian flavors

In the 8ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, the famous five-star hotel teams up with Milanese brand Campari for a summer interlude with a transalpine accent.

This summer, the Hôtel du Collectionneur is transforming its patio into a veritable Italian cortile, in collaboration with Campari, the iconic spirits brand. With its Parisian Art Deco aesthetic and sophisticated Milanese ambience, the operation is part of a growing trend for summer brand activations in exceptional locations. Like the Krug pop-up at the Bristol or the Veuve Clicquot installation on the roof of Printemps Haussmann, this partnership aims to capture both Parisians in search of original experiences and visiting tourists.

An open-air garden in Milan

The Patio Campari, installed until September 30, features an immersive scenography: wall-mounted fountains, bitter-red parasols, matching cushions and lush vegetation evoke the inner courtyards of Italian palaces, providing the ideal backdrop for an open-air aperitif. The overall effect is one of conviviality and elegance, in keeping with the brand’s universe.

At the heart of this experience is an exclusive menu of cocktails and small plates designed by Nicolas Amelin, the establishment’s executive chef. The menu features a selection of piccoli piatti (small Italian bites) designed to accompany classics like Negroni or Spritz, also available in non-alcoholic versions. A signature creation combining lime juice, earl grey tea and grapefruit soda completes the offer, bringing an original touch to the experience.

Afterwork mixology Thursdays

Every Thursday evening, the Hôtel du Collectionneur also offers mixology events, reinforcing the interaction between the brand and the public. These weekly get-togethers are part of an effort to anchor the experience over time, while highlighting Campari’s cocktail expertise.
