Stellar: Ephemera’s immersive restaurant takes you on a galactic odyssey in Paris

Since June 5, 2025, Mission Stellar has been taking off from Paris’s 11ᵉ arrondissement for an extraordinary gastronomic experience.
After a successful first space adventure, Ephemera Group relaunches its immersive Stellar restaurant with a new intergalactic mission. Called Stellar, this second expedition offers a sensory exploration inspired by the stars and planets of the solar system. At the crossroads of cinema, immersive technology and gastronomy, the experience promises to seduce fans of spectacular settings and creative cuisine.
A multi-sensory odyssey orchestrated by Ephemera Group
Launched in 2023, Stellar is one of the themed restaurants developed by the trio Jade Frommer, Annaïg Ferrand and Loris de Vaucelles, all graduates of Institut Lyfe (formerly Paul Bocuse). After Under The Sea, Jungle Palace and more recently Magmatic, the Ephemera collective is strengthening its universe with this second cosmic mission, enriched by a new vessel, renewed decors and advanced immersive technologies, thanks to the work of studio C14.
From the moment they board, travelers are greeted by a team dressed in space uniforms and guided through six themed phases: from the Earth to the Moon, via Mars, Saturn and an interstellar kitchen. Each stage is an opportunity for spectacular visual and aural immersion, in an evolving setting designed to amaze without infantilizing.
A menu of global flavours
On the plate, the menu plays the travel card. Starters include “stellar bursts” such as Tartare like a Gravlax (Sweden), Thai-style Shrimp Brochettes (Thailand) and Pao de Queijo (Brazil). Main courses range from Cosmic Ramen (Japan) and Vegetable Korma (India) to Vera Carbonara (Italy), for an eclectic yet affordable culinary experience(€16 to €20 per dish).
As for desserts, the Chou Astéroïde au chocolat and the Popcorn immersif end the trip on a playful note. Galactic cocktails, such as the Babylon Garden, Canadian Trip or Tokyo Fever, prolong the pleasure at low prices(€6 to €11).
A not-to-be-missed address for those curious about the imaginary.
With 174 seats, Stellar is aimed at a wide audience, from families and science-fiction enthusiasts to fans of inventive cuisine. The experience, which lasts 1h15, is conceived as a complete journey, between visual escapade and gustatory pleasure. At a time when restaurants are vying with each other for attention, Ephemera continues to defend a unique model, blending art, technology and hospitality.
