Halloween and All Saints’ Day: Les Maisons de Campagne transforms itself into an autumn theater

From October 18 to November 2, 2025, Les Maisons de Campagne will be inviting families and children to enjoy a unique experience of Halloween thrills, creativity and relaxation in the great outdoors.

In autumn, when the leaves carpet the driveways and the air becomes crisper, Maisons de Campagne offers a seasonal immersion that reinvents the country holiday. True to their promise to offer “better than a hotel, a home”, these establishments transform their spaces into playgrounds for young and old, around Halloween and All Saints’ Day.

An immersive Halloween weekend

The highlight of the program, the “6 Trouilles Party” on October 31, sets the tone. It all starts on Friday, with a pumpkin-painting workshop for parents and children. In the evening, the mood shifts to festive: cocktails for adults, “Orange is the new black” dress code, a colorful buffet, and a special thrill show. Meanwhile, the kids enjoy a Pump’Kids party on their own scale, with dedicated snacks, creative workshops and a Booh Party until bedtime.

On Saturday, sport and vitality punctuate the morning with yoga and pilates sessions, followed by a pumpkin hunt designed as a family treasure hunt. The afternoon features Halloween illustration and painting workshops, before another festive evening for youngsters. Sunday closes this exceptional weekend with a pumpkin-themed brunch, imagined by the chef to highlight autumnal flavours.

Activities to extend your vacation

The festivities don’t stop on Halloween night. Throughout the All Saints’ vacation period, the Maisons de Campagne offer a program designed to keep families busy and amazed.

  • Culinary masterclass: chef Étienne Berg sublimates squash in all its forms, in partnership with Le Creuset. There’s even a chance to win a casserole so you can make the recipe at home.
  • Cocooning cinema: daily screenings let you enjoy films and cartoons under a blanket, with unlimited popcorn.
  • Giant Cluedo: on October 30, at the Maison du Val, a life-size investigation plunges young and old into a fun and mysterious adventure.

Kids Club becomes Pump’Kids

Children receive special attention. The Kids Club is transformed into Pump’Kids for the occasion, with a host of creative workshops and outdoor games. Pumpkin decorating, face-painting, forest hunts and Trick or Treat punctuate their days. Magic shows on Wednesdays add an extra touch of enchantment.

On the cinema side, a special ciné-frayeur selection for all ages completes the offer, for tailor-made thrills.

The magic of autumn in the countryside

From October 18 to November 2, each day is marked by at least one dedicated activity: creativity, relaxation, gourmet delights or sport. The lounges invite you to read by the fire, while the gardens provide the perfect backdrop for a bike or rosalie ride.

Creative workshops are offered two or three times a week, and every Saturday afternoon. Participants leave with unique creations inspired by seasonal colors.

In terms of well-being, yoga and pilates have their place at both Château de Villiers-le-Mahieu and Maison du Val, with several weekly sessions. A way of combining gentle physical activity with immersion in the surrounding nature.

A unique concept: more than a hotel, a home

Les Maisons de Campagne is for those who dream of a second home without the constraints of home ownership. Each address, decorated in the spirit of a family home, combines refined accommodation, dining and entertainment in an all-inclusive package . Meals, activities and gourmet rituals punctuate the day, giving the impression of living a complete vacation experience, without worrying about organization.

During the week, these locations also become inspiring settings for companies, hosting green seminars in a controlled “all-inclusive” format.

An invitation to rediscover autumn

With its 6 Trouilles Parties, pumpkin brunch, children’s workshops and cocooning evenings, Les Maisons de Campagne offers a revisited version of Halloween and the All Saints’ vacation. More than just accommodation, they offer a seasonal art of living, centered on creativity, conviviality and a connection with nature.
