Ladurée and Holidermie sign an original collaboration combining exceptional patisserie and skin care. A beauty ritual to savour, available from September in several Parisian outlets.

When an iconic pastry house joins forces with a holistic beauty brand, the result is an experience halfway between the pleasure of the senses and self-care. Ladurée and Holidermie, both committed to the French art of living, are launching an exclusive collection. Collagen macaroons and well-being drinks enriched with high-performance active ingredients for the skin.

This partnership is based on a shared vision: that of a daily ritual in which indulgence becomes a beauty gesture. Behind this idea, Mélanie Huynh, founder of Holidermie, proposes a sensorial approach to beauty nutrition. Her aim: to integrate collagen into our daily routines in a simple, elegant way.

A macaroon that cares for your skin

The star of this collection is a chocolate macaroon, revisited by Ladurée Pastry Chef Julien Alvarez. It incorporates a precise dose of hydrolyzed marine collagen. This is combined withhyaluronic acid and vitamin C. They promote skin elasticity and radiance. The taste remains unchanged, true to the house’s exacting standards. The challenge has been met: to combine gustatory pleasure with cosmetic efficacy.

For an optimal routine, two macaroons or one macaroon with a drink will provide the ideal daily dose of 3 to 10 g of collagen. This ritual can be combined with a course of Holidermie supplements for visible effects as early as eight weeks.

Matcha or vanilla latte: beauty breaks at any time of day

Two beverages complete the experience: a matcha collagen with an assertive plant-based taste, and a sweeter, more comforting vanilla latte. These recipes, based on collagen powder with a neutral taste, can be easily integrated into a cocooning moment or a gourmet break in town.

The collection is available from September 3 in Ladurée tearooms: Champs-Élysées, Royale, Victor Hugo, Bonaparte, Jardin du Luxembourg, Publicisdrugstore, Galeries Lafayette, and Vallée Village. It can also be found on laduree.fr, at the Holidaymie boutique (102 rue de Turenne, Paris 3e), and at Bon Marché Rive Gauche (Paris 7e).
