Molitor Jardin d’Hiver: the new refined, green restaurant in western Paris

On September 17, the Hôtel Molitor inaugurates its new restaurant, Jardin d’Hiver. A luminous plant cocoon where creative gastronomy meets Parisian elegance.

Nestled in the heart of the legendary Hôtel Molitor, opposite its emblematic outdoor pool, Jardin d’Hiver promises to be one of the grand openings of the new season. Inspired by the plant world of the Auteuil greenhouses, this restaurant has been designed as a contemporary botanical greenhouse, inviting you to take a timeless break.

Behind the large picture windows, the décor is lush: garden furniture, a wrought-iron gazebo, toile de Jouy curtains animated with poetic scenes… All combine to create an immersive setting, sublimated by the unobstructed view of the outdoor swimming pool. The atmosphere is one of soothing natural elegance and hushed refinement.

A menu inspired by nature

Chef Tony Goncalves offers a creative and responsible cuisine, with an emphasis on raw ingredients. The dishes emphasize plants, while striking a balance between land and sea. On the menu: beef tartare with tagetes, simmered cockles and mussels with leeks, and spelt risotto with apricots and figs.

To conclude, Pastry Chef Camilla D’Ambrosio proposes gourmet desserts in comforting flavors: figs, chocolate, warm apple pie… Sweets that extend the warm spirit of the house.

A central bar, the beating heart of the place

In the center of the room, a sculptural bar catches the eye. A veritable cocktail stage, it offers creations inspired by the surrounding vegetation: floral infusions, fresh herbs, exotic citrus fruits and rare spices make up a bold menu. This bar, conceived as a meeting point, is already establishing itself as the ideal place for an early evening drink or a chic break in Western Paris.

A new destination in Paris

With its immersive atmosphere, inventive menu and privileged location, Molitor Jardin d’Hiver is shaping up to be a new must-visit restaurant for romantic dinners, business lunches and Sunday brunches. An address where nature and Parisian elegance come together brilliantly.
