L’Oréal Paris and Mugler launch limited-edition make-up collection with Kendall Jenner

The House of Mugler makes its comeback in make-up in collaboration with L’Oréal Paris. An accessible luxury line embodied by Kendall Jenner.

After an absence of over 15 years, Mugler returns to the forefront of the make-up scene thanks to a strategic partnership with L’Oréal Paris. Unveiled in September 2025, this limited-edition collection marks an important step for the house, which is returning to a sector it left behind in 2010.

This time, Mugler doesn’t do things by halves. The range is complete: cushion foundation, mascara, eyeliner, lipsticks, radiance sticks and eyeshadow palettes. All presented in futuristic cases, in keeping with the brand’s visual DNA. This aesthetic is also highlighted in the promotional short film by Colin Solal Cardo, in which Kendall Jenner plays an android muse inspired by the Mugler archives.

Kendall Jenner, a powerful muse for a targeted strategy

Already an ambassador for L’Oréal Paris, Kendall Jenner is the perfect embodiment of this crossover project between fashion, make-up and pop culture. She appears in emblematic outfits, including the 1997 butterfly dress, an iconic piece from the Les Insectes collection. A nod to the house’s history, while capturing the attention of a younger audience, notably on Instagram and TikTok.

Affordable luxury

Prices range from €14.99 to €24.99, positioning this line in the strong trend towards affordable luxury. The limited edition works in drops, in restricted quantities, stimulating demand while creating a controlled rarity. A strategy directly inherited from the fashion industry.

A strategic launch ahead of Paris Fashion Week

This launch is not insignificant. It comes just before Paris Fashion Week, when Miguel Castro Freitas, Mugler’s new artistic director, will present his first collection. An eagerly-awaited moment that will underpin the brand’s transformation on all fronts: fashion, fragrance and now make-up.

Mugler’s return to the make-up world also marks a strengthening of its presence in Paris, the brand’s historic birthplace. A move that further anchors the brand in the landscape of contemporary Parisian beauty, at the crossroads of innovation and glamour.
