Angelina sets out to conquer gourmands with its first Chocolate Days
From September 19 to 28, 2025, Maison Angelina organizes the first edition of the Journées du Chocolat, an immersion in its emblematic ingredient.
Famous for its old-fashioned hot chocolate, the Parisian house at 226 rue de Rivoli will be showcasing its gourmet universe in a unique program this autumn. For ten days, visitors will be able to savor exclusive creations, revisited iconic desserts and delicatessen collections, to prolong the experience at home.
Chocolate palets: a novelty to crunch on
For the occasion, Angelina unveils a new collection: Palets Chocolat. Elegantly coated, they come in four recipes:
- Palet Coco (coconut praline, dark chocolate)
- Palet Noisette (hazelnut praline, milk chocolate)
- Palet Pistache (almond-pistachio praline, white chocolate)
- Palet Pécan (pecan praline, white chocolate)
Presented in a box inspired by the refined world of the house, these bite-sized treats are the perfect gift idea for chocolate lovers.
Revisited pastries and exclusive creations
The tea room will feature three flagship desserts redesigned around cocoa:
- chocolate Mont-Blanc (€8.20), a gourmet twist on the classic chestnut cream,
- Millefeuille chocolat (€8.20), with caramelized puff pastry,
- Chocolate Paris-Brest (€8.20), enriched with coffee crunch and caramelized hazelnuts.
The limited-edition Croque au Chocolat, for sharing, is also on the menu: a soft brioche filled with hazelnut praline and topped with Angelina hot chocolate.
The timeless hot chocolate to (re)discover
Inherited from a century of know-how, Angelina hot chocolate remains the star of this dedicated week. Creamy and rich, it can be enjoyed on the spot, but also at home, thanks to a collection ofdelicatessen items: bottles of hot chocolate, preparations, bars, cocoa spread and marshmallow bears.
