the Grand Palais Immersif is transformed into a gigantic interactive playground

During the All Saints’ Day vacations, the Grand Palais Immersif is transformed into a gigantic interactive playground. From October 18 to November 2, 2025, families are invited to discover PLAYGROUND KIDS, a unique experience where young and old can have fun together in a monumental setting.

Conceived in collaboration with INITI, a specialist in collective play experiences, this original program turns the great cathedral hall into an immersive XXL space. The concept: offer visitors a series of cooperative, interactive and accessible games, combining agility, reflection and team spirit. The perfect opportunity to share unforgettable family moments, while enjoying an exceptional cultural venue.

Immersive games for all ages

On the menu are a number of challenges. In Demon Hunt, you’re plunged into a Western setting where you have to capture creatures emerging at full speed. Mission Martiens takes you into a space battle where cooperation is essential to stop the construction of an alien city. Further afield, Sauve la planète! puts reflexes to the test, inviting participants to fend off asteroids and threatening aliens.

For the most strategic players, Damier battle pits friends or families against each other in duels where speed of execution is king. Finally, Histo’cartes revisits history: you have to match objects to the right eras, from Prehistory to the XXᵉ century, while facing the pressure of the stopwatch.

A cutting-edge cultural venue

Located on Place de la Bastille, the Grand Palais Immersif has established itself as a key player on the Paris cultural scene. Its mission: to combine art, science and new technologies to offer innovative exhibitions accessible to all. Having already offered immersive journeys around Alfons Mucha, the Mona Lisa and Venice, the institution is confirming its ambition by diversifying its offer and now appealing to younger visitors. PLAYGROUND KIDS illustrates this desire to combine entertainment and transmission in a monumental setting.
