Located on Place de la Concorde, the Hôtel de Crillon opens its Jardin d’Hiver and Bar Les Ambassadeurs to the world of Caviar Kaspia, whose historic Madeleine address has been a haven for creators and aesthetes for almost a century. These mythical spaces are transformed to welcome a refined tasting ritual, marked by Kaspia’s timeless signature.

Visitors will have the privilege of savoring a selection of exceptional caviars, presented in the purity of raw tasting, but also sublimated in bold creations. A la carte: ceviche of sea bream with citrus and bottarga, agnolotti del pin with king crab, or the legendary potato with caviar. Kaspia’s must-try dishes – salmon club sandwich, king crab salad, wild prawn carpaccio or caviar grilled cheese – complete this gourmet score. In-house vodkas and selected Duval-Leroy champagne complete the experience.
A prolonged art of living
Beyond the table, an exclusive lifestyle collection has been created for the occasion. Limited-edition vodka glasses, mother-of-pearl spoons, caviar tins, matryoshkas and textile accessories (sweaters, hats, plaids) will be available in the hotel boutique.
