Le Meurice celebrates the culinary arts: an exceptional encounter between Quique Dacosta and Amaury Bouhours

In a capital that this autumn is abuzz with Art Basel Paris, Paris Photo and Design Miami, Le Meurice has also chosen to celebrate art. But here, it’s in the plates that creation expresses itself. A menu in six beats, a score for four hands
Their collaboration will take the form of a menu in six acts, punctuated by an original creation based around lobster, the symbol of their link to the sea. Their worlds – one Mediterranean and sensual, the other French and structured – intertwine in a dialogue of balance and contrast. In the dining room, Olivier Bikao and head sommelier Gabriel Veissaire will guide guests on a sensory journey where each champagne becomes a note, each dish a texture.
At Le Meurice, everything becomes aesthetic: the table, the light, the gesture. This four-hands dinner goes beyond the simple gastronomic experience, it’s a celebration of taste as a vector of emotion, a tribute to creation in all its forms.
