7 great Korean restaurants to celebrate K FOOD Week in Paris

Want to travel by taste? K FOOD Week is coming to Paris from October 13 to 19, 2025, the perfect opportunity to (re)discover the richness of Korean cuisine in the capital.

What is K FOOD Week?

K FOOD Week is a culinary event organized in Paris to highlight Korean gastronomy. For a few days, participating restaurants offer special menus, signature dishes and unique experiences based around K-food (Korean cuisine). It’s an opportunity to discover traditional or modernized flavors, fusions, fermented or spiced ingredients, with chefs who emphasize their Korean identity. The idea is to encourage curiosity, showcase outstanding Korean addresses in Paris and promote cultural exchange around the table.

Sam Sun, our favorite!

Address: 41 rue de Richelieu, 75001 Paris – Métro Pyramides / Bourse.
Chef: Byungkuk OH.
Specialties: traditional Korean cuisine, numerous banchan (small side dishes), homemade kimchi, jeon (Korean pancakes), bibimbap, moderate barbecues. The Sam Sun restaurant favors natural fermented products, respect for cooking times and subtle sauces.
Ambiance & location: sober, elegant setting, light wood furnishings, Korean-inspired decor (imported paperwalls, local artworks, exposed hanbok). The place is more refined than typical barbecue restaurants, yet still warm and inviting. We love it!

Sam Chic, another favourite

Address: 11 rue Rameau, 75002 Paris – Métro Pyramides / Bourse.
Specialties: Korean barbecue (marinated meats grilled at the table), fondue, traditional dishes: pork ribs, rib steaks, ribs, beef tongue, vegetarian dishes, kimchi pancake. The restaurant has been recognized by the Korean Ministry for its authenticity.
Atmosphere & venue: popular, friendly atmosphere, wooden decor, large tables with grill in the center. Ideal for sharing. Recommended address in Paris’ Asian district.

Bistrot Jools

Address: 2 rue Pernety, 75014 Paris.
Specialties: Korean-style revisiting of classic dishes, with seasonal produce and a “not chic, bon genre” spirit. We imagine dishes that combine French and Korean influences, such as marinated vegetable plates, simmered dishes and light fermentations.
Atmosphere & venue: relaxed bistro, warm spirit, simple welcome.

Amaluna

Address: 12 esplanade Nathalie Sarraute, 75018 Paris.
Specialties: Mediterranean-inspired dishes blended with Korean touches according to K FOOD Week. We’ll be sharing plates, tapas, perhaps kimchi revisited or Korean condiments fused with Mediterranean products.
Ambiance & venue: friendly cocktail bar in the heart of the 18ᵉ, sunny decor, festive, warm atmosphere.

Sōma Milton

Address: 4 rue Milton, 75009 Paris.
Specialities: Korean / fusion menu: chicken ballotine stuffed with fragrant rice + samgyetang-style tteokbokki, Korean-spiced fried octopus with gochujang & makgeolli sauce, nori kimbap.
Ambiance & location: modern izakaya in the Marais, elegant but relaxed atmosphere, Korean-Japanese tapas revisited, contemporary decor.

À Table!

Address: 28 rue du Général Bertrand, 75007 Paris.
Specialities: starter: kimchi pancake, soft-boiled egg, Ossau-Iraty. Main course: roast guinea fowl, tteokbokki, pickled cucumbers & carrots, ginseng broth.
Atmosphere & venue: committed bistronomic cuisine, with a focus on plants, spices and seasonal produce. Elegant yet accessible, with an eye for detail.

Integral

Address: 43 rue d’Amsterdam, 75008 Paris.
Specialties: starter: mandou (ravioli) with Bigorre black pig, ginger broth. Main course: fried free-range guinea fowl with green peppers & chillies, served with vinegared rice. Dessert: sesame rice cakes (tteok).
Ambiance & venue: 8ᵉ bistro revisiting French classics Korean-style, shareable formats, natural wines, convivial spirit.

Each of these restaurants offers a different interpretation of Korean cuisine: some more traditional, others more daring or fusion. During K FOOD Week, you’ll be able to vary your experience, from a shared barbecue to a chef’s own recipe.
