Salon du Chocolat et de la patisserie 2025: 30 years of passion and cocoa in Paris

Every autumn, the Salon du Chocolat melts Paris. In 2025, the iconic event celebrates its 30ᵉ edition, confirming its status as the must-attend event for gourmands and cocoa professionals alike. Since 1995, it has brought together the greatest chocolatiers, pastry chefs, artisans and producers from all over the world. Between the scent of roasted beans, spectacular creations and chocolate parades, this anniversary edition promises an exceptional sensory journey.

Three decades of gourmet excellence

For thirty years now, the Salon du Chocolat has been bringing cocoa lovers together under one roof. Once again this year, over 500 exhibitors from 60 countries will be showcasing their unique creations and expertise. Grand maîtres chocolatiers, prestigious houses and young talents will share their passion through tastings, demonstrations and workshops.

The famous parade of chocolate dresses returns, combining haute couture and gourmet delights in a show as daring as it is poetic. On the Pastry Show stage, the most renowned chefs will perform their signature desserts live, combining technical precision with pure creativity. A total experience, where each square of chocolate tells its own story.

A rendezvous for young and old

This anniversary edition places transmission and sustainability at the heart of the program. Conferences will highlight the ethical issues surrounding cocoa, while fashion shows and educational workshops will introduce children to the art of chocolate. Visitors can also meet bean producers from Latin America, Africa and Asia, and discover the secrets of bean-to-bar. Between sensory discoveries, monumental sculptures and sweet fragrances, the Salon du Chocolat 2025 promises total immersion in the world of cocoa, from field to bar.
