In mid-November 2025, lovers of Parisian sweets will be able to discover his first boutique in the heart of the 6ᵉ arrondissement, an address that promises to embody the pastry chef’s elegance and creativity.
A Parisian boutique with a refined design
Located at 50 rue du Cherche-Midi, a stone’s throw from Le Bon Marché, this new address marks Hugues Pouget’s entry into the world of personal brands. A revisited range of sweet and savoury delicacies
Hugues Pouget offers his iconic creations, from Paris-Brest to mille-feuille, as well as his famous financiers and cakes. The tigrés, a new addition to the menu, are sure to become a local favorite. For added variety, each month a limited-edition seasonal pastry will enrich the offering, inspired by fruit and market arrivals.
