JADE GENIN takes up residence under the dome of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann
Maison Jade Genin places its sculpted chocolates in a legendary Parisian setting. The Parisian designer, whose background is in the world of chocolate, takes over Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann for the first time: from November 12 to January 12, her creations will be presented on the 4th floor under the dome. The event at Galeries Lafayette

Under the glass roof of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann, Maison Jade Genin will be offering limited-edition creations. Among them, the winter 2025 creation ” Mirage “, inspired by the Louvre pyramid. This collection will be available in special colors for Boulevard Haussmann. The workshop and its chocolates are set in a décor designed by Khaled Kolsi. The designer revisits the space under the glass roof to bring out the gourmet Parisian aesthetic.
About Maison Jade Genin

Quality craftsmanship is the hallmark of Maison Jade Genin. The watchword: to sublimate each creation. This young chef has succeeded in bringing together a small team united by shared values. In her Parisian atelier, adjacent to the boutique on Avenue de l’Opéra, she cultivates a love of her craft. Production is entirely manual, centered on the human hand and its gestures. Chocolate is regarded as a living product, worked exclusively with fresh, natural ingredients. The chef’s mantra is clear: “It takes the exceptional to make the exceptional”.
Jade Genin’s signature is both graphic and gustatory. Her creations are distinguished by their sculptural shapes and refined hues. Symbolizing this approach, the “Pyramidions” take their shape from the tip of the Concorde obelisk, reflecting a quest for balance and elegance. The fragrances on offer are off the beaten track. These varieties testify to the chef’s curiosity:
