After the talented Nina Métayer, it’s now the turn of chef Étienne Leroy, a young French pastry prodigy, to sign the creations of Café de la Rose Lancôme, located at 52 avenue des Champs-Élysées. World pastry champion in 2017, the chef made a name for himself early on with his technical skills and sense of elegance. Having worked at the Café Pouchkine, then in the sweet kitchens of the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, he cultivates a demanding style, blending precision and poetry.

Today, he takes over from Nina Métayer with disconcerting ease, bringing new creative impetus to the Parisian address. Combining technical mastery with artistic sensitivity, Étienne Leroy has created pastries for Lancôme that reflect the House’s DNA: delicacy, femininity and absolute refinement.

An ultra-creative menu, dominated by the spectacular Rose Agora

At the heart of the new collection is the Lancôme Rose Agora, a true floral and gourmet signature. Conceived as a direct tribute to the House’s emblematic flower, this pastry unveils a fresh, fruity heart, enveloped in a delicately scented mousse.

Étienne Leroy confides:
“I wanted to capture the soul of Lancôme in a gourmet creation where the rose becomes an emotion to be savored.

La Rose Agora is accompanied by a completely renewed menu, designed as a sensory showcase. A play of textures, subtle fragrances, soft colors: each dessert recounts a facet of the Lancôme universe. The chef plays with shapes, sculpts volumes, stylizes the delicacy without ever making it intimidating – elegant, yet accessible patisserie.

Exclusive cheesecake and pastries on the avenue

Another masterpiece is the creamy cheesecake, an exclusive creation for Café de la Rose. With its airy texture and fragrant freshness, it can be enjoyed both on the terrace, facing the Champs-Élysées, and indoors, in the heart of the powdery pink décor imagined by the Maison.
Alongside it, several iconic pastries complete the menu:
La Feuille d’automne, a refined chocolate tribute.
La Framboise à l’extrait de verveine, fresh, lively and aromatic.
– And don’t forget the macaroons, available in the brand’s signature shades, perfect as gifts or for yourself.
All in all, a pastry walk full of delicacy, designed to be enjoyed on the premises or taken away.

An enchanted holiday getaway: the Lancôme Express Train

From December 1 to 31, the Café de la Rose will be completely transformed, adopting the colors of the Lancôme Express Train, a spectacular scenography that will transform the venue for the entire holiday season. For the occasion, Étienne Leroy unveils three exclusive logs:
Souvenir d’enfance, sweet and regressive
Nuit de fête, more intense, with warm notes
Agrume, fresh and luminous

Fans can continue to savor two creations that will remain on the menu throughout December: Rose Agora Lancôme and Feuille d’automne.
