In the heart of the Marais, in an unassuming corner of Rue du Grenier Saint-Lazare, Maison Brochettes gives French gastronomy a new lease on life. Here, every dish is reinvented in the form of miniature brochettes, from mayo eggs to sole meunière. An original idea, but above all, a gourmet and unsettling experience, to be shared by two… or more.

Chef Bruno Viala, who worked in the kitchens of the Élysée Palace, plays with the codes of the bistro without ever caricaturing them. He transforms the dishes of our memories into elegantly prepared picks, served in a hushed atmosphere. The result: a playful, tactile, almost carnal tasting experience. A cuisine to touch, to pick at, to make last.

A place designed for temptation

Velvet sofas, subdued lighting, antique mirrors… The décor evokes a Parisian boudoir where you can linger longer than expected. Whether it’s a chic date, a dinner for two or an intimate evening with friends, the atmosphere is intimate. The concept hits the nail on the head: we let ourselves be carried away by the surprises, the pleasure of tasting, sharing… and sometimes laughing.
