Nina Métayer: the chef who transcends the magic of Christmas with emotion, delicacy and taste
Cach year, when the lights, citrus scents and first chills of December return, Paris lights up with an enchanted breath. In this world where emotion mingles with tradition, a few designers mark the season with their sensitivity and talent. Among them is Nina Métayer, one of the most admired figures in contemporary patisserie.
Her sweetness, simplicity, natural elegance and unique way of telling stories through textures and flavors set her apart. Each of her creations seems born of a memory, an emotion or a tender gesture, and this is perhaps the Métayer signature: pastry that speaks to the heart as much as to the palate.
In her 2025-2026 collection, the chef offers an intimate, poetic interpretation of the holidays: a Boule de Noël, delicate logs and sculptural galettes, conceived as reinvented family memories.
Nina Métayer, a chef who celebrates emotion above all else

An emblematic figure in French patisserie, voted Pâtissière Mondiale 2023 and World’s Best Pastry Chef 2024, Nina Métayer shaped her career in palaces and prestigious establishments before creating Delicatisserie, her showcase dedicated to gourmet bliss.
Her patisserie is all about sharing, evoking childhood memories, sincere simplicity and products chosen with respect for the earth and those who cultivate it.
In her own words, ” emotion and the awakening of the senses define my patisserie “, a philosophy she applies to each of her cakes, always designed “with delicacy, a lot of love and beautiful products”
This deeply human vision is reflected in her entire holiday collection, a tribute to the warm memories of Alsatian markets, family-decorated Christmas trees, gingerbread and citrus fruits.
La Boule de Noël: a piece of gourmet goldsmithery

This season’s flagship creation, the Boule de Noël 2025, is like a treasure made to enchant young and old alike. Conceived as a majestic ornament placed at the center of the table, it combines goldsmith’s work,
Beneath its elaborate shell, Nina Métayer has imagined a dessert that conjures up all the emotions of Christmas:
A splendid, generous and narrative creation: a gourmet gift as much as a festive sculpture.

Logs: three signatures to reinvent tradition

Pistache, a veritable ode to light mousse and unctuous pralines, reveals a refined palette of Iranian pistachio aromas, supported by a soft Genoa-style cookie.
The sunnier Bûche Exotique juxtaposes coconut mousse, fresh mango, passion fruit compote and lime for a luminous journey into the heart of winter.
