From February 13 to 15, 2026, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris invites lovers to experience a Valentine’s Day in pink, conceived as a refined interlude between upscale hospitality and gourmet pleasures.
A pink Valentine’s Day, between champagne, gastronomy and emotions
Available from Friday February 13 to Sunday February 15, the “Une Saint-Valentin en rose” offer invites you to savor a succession of delicate pleasures for two. Two glasses of FAUCHON Brut Champagne and a selection of emblematic macaroons are offered on arrival, the prelude to a stay dedicated to complicity.
At Grand Café Fauchon, Chef Baptiste Limouzin‘s five-sequence Valentine’s Day Menu is available for lunch or dinner. Inspired by products renowned for their aphrodisiac powers, this menu features oysters, ginger, pomegranate, vanilla, FAUCHON spices and dark chocolate, in a delicate score punctuated by touches of rose.
The signature dessert, “Le Précieux“, created by Pastry Chef Arnaud Larher, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, closes the experience on an elegant and intensely gourmet note.
