Caudalie opens its Yoga & Pilates Studio in the Marais: Parisian well-being on the vine

Born in the vineyards and now located in the heart of the Marais district, Caudalie has created a new address where people come to roll out their carpets and treat their complexions. A Yoga & Pilates Studio designed as a very Parisian wellness stopover, just a stone’s throw from the Seine.

Push open the door at 11, rue Pavée, and the hustle and bustle of Paris is suddenly muted. Large windows, soft lighting, light wood floors, perfectly aligned carpets: the Caudalie Yoga & Pilates Studio plays the card of a hushed, almost domestic calm. Here, you arrive with your files under your arm, leave with your shoulders lowered and your skin ready to receive a serum.

From the vineyards of Bordeaux to the cobblestones of the Marais

Founded nearly thirty years ago by Mathilde Thomas and Bertrand Thomas, the company began by sharing the benefits of the vine with its face and body care products inspired by vinotherapy. Now present in some forty countries, the company has topped 300 million euros in sales by 2024, while maintaining a strong commitment to more responsible beauty.

With this Caudalie Paris yoga pilates studio, the brand takes a natural next step: after skin, movement. The address is part of Caudalie’s brand-new Paris headquarters, a 5000 m² complex of renovated private mansions where offices, an events center and a wellness area coexist. The studio, meanwhile, occupies almost 500 m² of eco-designed space, like a living extension of the bottles we already know in the bathroom.

A studio designed as a wellness home

Two large rooms bathed in light, elegant changing rooms with showers and lockers, a Caudalie boutique and a spa where vinotherapists offer facial treatments and massages inspired by the vine: everything is in place to transform a simple course into a complete ritual.

The program includes some 50 classes each week: Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, Rocket, Kundalini or Ashtanga yoga, as well as Pilates, Kalon Barre, TRX or Body Enhance. Sessions take place in small groups, from 8 to 20 people depending on the discipline, with some twenty specialized teachers. Levels are clearly indicated, so you can start gently or build up a body already accustomed to dynamic flows.

We love the idea of a morning that begins with a toning Vinyasa, follows with a facial at the Caudalie spa, and ends with a trip to the boutique to slip an Huile de Soin Soleil des Vignes into your bag. A very Parisian way of making well-being part of everyday life, without leaving the neighborhood.

An address firmly rooted in the Marais district

The studio is nestled in the heart of the Marais, a district where galleries, neighborhood cafés and private mansions meet. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Place des Vosges or Rue de Rivoli, before extending the stroll with an exhibition or lunch on the terrace.

Caudalie is already well acquainted with the area, with its Boutique-Spa dedicated to facial treatments and massages, also located on rue Pavée. The Caudalie Yoga & Pilates Studio thus completes a small constellation of addresses linking the Marais to the vineyards of Bordeaux, from urban spas to stays at Les Sources de Caudalie, a temple to vinotherapy nestled among the vineyards of Château Smith Haut Lafitte.

For which Parisiennes, for which moments?

This new address is for women who like to look after their skin as much as their posture, without sacrificing a certain softness. Pilates classes on the floor punctuate lunch breaks, Yin yoga sessions soothe the end of busy days, while TRX or Body Enhance wake up the weekend before a brunch in the neighborhood.

With classes priced at €32 each and a 4-session discovery offer for €60, the place is positioned in the tradition of upmarket Parisian studios, but also offers the possibility of complementing your practice with a Caudalie facial treatment or routine. An address to keep in mind for a moment to yourself, between two meetings or at the end of the day, when the Marais takes on that special golden light.

For an extended spa weekend, let’s head for the vineyards with our selection of the finest spas to discover in France.
