Le Jardin Éveillé by Lenôtre : Easter 2026, Chef Etienne Leroy’s Chocolate Spring

For Easter 2026, Maison Lenôtre unveils Le Jardin Éveillé, a collection imagined by chef Étienne Leroy and his teams. Inspired by the renewal of spring and the energy of a blossoming garden, this collection combines chocolate, pastries and savory creations to make Easter a moment of sharing and celebration. Tulips become the chocolate emblem of the season, symbolizing life, color and indulgence.

La Jardinière : Signature piece

The Jardinière is the centerpiece of this collection. Inspired by the wooden tubs at the Orangerie de Versailles, it creates a structured, graphic garden with 9 peonies, 9 pompom dahlias and 45 daisies, sculpted and shaped in white, milk and dark chocolate.

Every detail is worked with precision: molding, carving, cutting and coloring with cocoa butter. The gold leaf-plated eggs add a touch of luxury and poetry. Weighing close to 15 kg, this creation requires 10 hours of work by six hands, a true tribute to the know-how and rigor of Lenôtre craftsmen.

Praline Tulips

Praline tulips offer chocolate in the form of eggs with refined flavours:

  • Dark chocolate & almond praline tulip: 70% minimum dark chocolate, almond praline heart, fleur de sel caramel and caramelized almonds.
  • Milk chocolate & hazelnut praline tulip: minimum 36% milk chocolate, French hazelnut praline, fleur de sel caramel and caramelized hazelnuts.

These creations combine crunchiness, mellowness and gourmandise, while celebrating spring and floral art.
