Tucked away in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, far from the hustle and bustle of Paris, the Patio de La Réserve reopens for the spring-summer 2025 season. A long-awaited return for this confidential address, a veritable hanging garden of discreet charm, where luxury becomes a whisper.

A green interlude in the heart of the city

Hidden from view, palm trees and ferns flourish under a blue sky, in a refined setting designed by Jacques Garcia. Here, the codes of the luxury hotel industry fade away in favor of natural elegance. Here, you can enjoy a cosy lunch, a glass of champagne in hand, or simply savour the moment, enveloped by the silence of the vegetation.

Chef Jérôme Banctel’s summer vision

At the helm, three-starred chef Jérôme Banctel offers a fresh summer menu, with a mix of house classics and inspired new dishes. Sea bream ceviche, veal carpaccio, Victoria salad, lobster tagliolini… The dishes play the card of sophisticated simplicity, supported by exceptional products and a discreet but mastered technique.

Grilled meats can be shared: veal chop, red tuna with lemon confit or marinated beef fillet. And to prolong the pleasure, the mythical ice-cream cart makes a comeback, with homemade sorbets to be enjoyed in the shade of a parasol.

La Réserve, quiet luxury a stone’s throw from the Champs-Élysées

Located on Avenue Gabriel, La Réserve Paris is much more than a 5-star hotel. It’s a haven of 19th-century architecture, with hushed suites and marble fireplaces, where refinement meets discretion. The Nescens spa, the Michelin-starred Le Gabriel restaurant and now the reopened patio make this a haven for aesthetes.
