The Dubai Chocolate version by Maurice Sfez & YC Café
It’s the most gourmet collab’ of this spring in Paris: Maurice Sfez Café and YC Café join forces to create a totally uninhibited Dubai Chocolate. The result? A chocolate bar at the crossroads of pastry expertise and street food.
Dubai Chocolate, the new sweet obsession
There’s no escaping it on Instagram or TikTok: in just a few weeks, the Dubai Chocolate has become the star dessert for foodies. But where many are content to follow the trend, Moise Sfez (Homer Lobster, Maurice Sfez Café) and Yann Couvreur (YC Café) are going further, injecting their own DNA.
The version signed by these two figures on the Parisian food scene blends milk chocolate, pistachio praline and crispy kadaïf. An explosive trio of textures, where fondant meets crunchy, in a 55g format priced at 8€. It’s ultra-porn food, totally assertive, and perfectly calibrated to create buzz – and satisfy palates.
Two visions, one requirement
Behind this collaboration lies a story of friendship and mutual admiration. Both based in Dubai, they saw the phenomenon up close, and wanted to deliver a premium version in their own image.
At Maurice Sfez Café (14, rue Rambuteau), you’ll find this no-holds-barred approach, inspired by New York and Australian food culture. At YC Café, located in the CNIT at La Défense, the experience is rooted in a rare pastry precision, driven by the exacting standards of Yann Couvreur.
Where can I find it?
The creation is available exclusively at Maurice Sfez Café and YC Café. All the more reason to stop by… and indulge your chocolate craving.
