The most gourmet brunch in Paris is by Pierre Hermé

A brunch worthy of haute couture pastry: this is Pierre Hermé’s Sunday invitation. Since February 2025, the Café Pierre Hermé Paris in Beaupassage has been offering an exceptional brunch every Sunday in one of the capital’s most peaceful and refined locations. Located in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, between contemporary art and discreet greenery, this gastronomic rendezvous is already winning over brunch lovers… and high-flying pastry chefs alike.

A menu where classic meets creative

The promise? To reconcile the iconic with the bold. Reinvented Viennoiseries, eggs Benedict or boiled eggs, pancakes, intensely chocolatey granola, salted waffles with smoked salmon, avocado toast, and even a Pierre Hermé-style burger. Not forgetting the mythical Pain Perdu revisited with house-smoked duck breast, a jewel of taste.

On the sweet side, the finale is just right: a signature pastry (Ispahan, 2000 Feuilles, Tarte Infiniment Vanille, etc.), a fresh fruit salad or a choice of three macaroons. All accompanied by a hot drink, fresh juice or, for the more festive, a glass of champagne or house cocktail (extra charge).

A confidential setting for a timeless Sunday break

With two services at 11.30am and 2pm, this €65 per person brunch (€25 for children) is in keeping with Pierre Hermé’s exacting standards: quality products, precise textures and elegant presentation. The 53-57 rue de Grenelle address has become a new rallying point for aesthetes of taste. In addition to the exceptional quality of the brunch, the service is one of the friendliest and most welcoming in Paris. Well done to the team. We’ll be back with great pleasure.
