Molitor reopens its rooftop: summer 2025 promises to be electrifying (and full of flowers)

It’s a promise of escape under the Parisian sky. The legendary Molitor rooftop reopens its doors on May 9, 2025, ready to embody the capital’s sunny, festive epicenter. New faces, a redesigned menu, floral cocktails and an eclectic program: the season promises to be packed, hedonistic and terribly stylish.

A new brigade for a shared cuisine

Behind the stoves, Tony Goncalvez creates a summer menu inspired by the Mediterranean: fresh, colorful and generous. The watchword? Seasonal cuisine and dishes to share, in the spirit of seaside tables. At her side, Camilla Dambrosio imagines refined sweets, conceived as a poetic extension of the meal: lightness, freshness and gourmet textures.

To orchestrate all this, Cédric Doux has taken over as head of catering, with a clear ambition: to promote the Molitor art of living through a complete experience, from the plate to the last glass.

Cocktails made with flowers (and elegance)

For the third year running, Molitor has teamed up with St~Germain, the emblematic elderflower-based liqueur. The result is a menu of floral, sparkling cocktails designed for long summer evenings. Exclusive signatures, food and cocktail pairings, visual compositions… the rooftop becomes an olfactory and gustatory playground.

A solar calendar to keep you on the move

The official event kicks off on Friday, May 16, with the Soleil soirée at Le Zénith:
DJ set, chill atmosphere, live cooking & Mediterranean bites, surprises.
A simple format: €30 admission with 3 tokens for food & drinks. And no dress code – just celebrate the return of light.

But summer is just beginning… Among the dates to be blocked:

  • July 4: California evening – surf spirit, sunsets and West Coast vibes.
  • July 14: Soirée Blanche – Molitor’s chic classic, in immaculate white.
  • Every weekend: DJ sets at the Solarium, at altitude, under the stars.
  • Paname Comedy Club: 4 evenings of stand-up comedy.
