Camélia at the Mandarin Oriental: Paris’s garden brunch

What if Sunday were to become a ritual of absolute refinement? In the heart of the Mandarin Oriental Paris, the Camélia restaurant offers an exceptional Sunday brunch, led by chef Maxime Gilbert. In an unsuspected green setting, this address redefines the codes of the Parisian brunch with a proposal as elegant as it is gourmet.

A haute couture Sunday menu

Offered every Sunday from 12:30 to 2:30 pm, Le Camélia’s brunch (€125 per person, drinks not included) features a bold, generous menu: homemade pâté en croûte with foie gras, amberjack ceviche with mango, topped with Oscietre caviar, burrata ravioli with morel mushrooms and green asparagus. For the main course: lamb shoulder confit, salmon pithiviers or the spectacular avocado toast with blue lobster (extra €45), enhanced by lemon caviar.

All this concludes with an assortment of desserts by Julien Dugourd, a master patissier renowned for his sense of detail and emotion.

The discreet luxury of the inner garden

What also makes the experience unique is the setting. Located in a listed mansion, Camélia opens onto a secret garden in the heart of the 1st arrondissement. On sunny days, guests can sit out on the terrace in the shade of the foliage, in a setting combining natural light, absolute calm and the art of French dining.

The teams honor local producers, sustainable ingredients and French craftsmanship, in a subtle tribute to the Parisian bistro revisited with grace.
