Bold Woman Dinners: what Veuve Clicquot celebrates
When champagne blends with the lives of powerful women. On the heights of Paris, Veuve Clicquot welcomes those who wish to combine art de vivre, feminine audacity and gastronomy.
A summit dinner to celebrate ambition
From June 23 to 25, 2025, on the terrace of Printemps Femme’s 7th Heaven, the Champagne house is relaunching its Bold Woman Dinners, a series of events open to the public (reservation required) designed as inspiring dialogues with four committed women. They all have one thing in common: to have imposed their vision in a world dominated by tradition, by combining creativity, high standards and entrepreneurial audacity.
Four guests, four strong trajectories
Chef Céline Pham, founder of the Inari restaurant in Arles, signs the dinner menu. Her cuisine blends Vietnamese influences with French roots, in perfect harmony with the house champagnes. Dishes include arroche ravioli, confit pollack, dark chocolate-citrus tart…
Another outstanding guest: Jade Genin, ex-lawyer turned chocolatier. Daughter of master chocolatier Jacques Genin, in 2022 she created her own house in a luxurious Parisian setting. Her trademark? Chocolates sculpted in the image of the Concorde obelisk.
Estelle Touzet, a pioneering sommelier (the first woman to hold this position in a 3-star restaurant), will share her experience of becoming a consultant, and discuss gender issues in the world of wine.
Finally, journalist and author Raphaële Marchal will talk about her atypical journey from culinary media to spotlighting artisans.
A well-established strategy
Launched in 2019, this program is part of the Bold by Veuve Clicquot project, born in 1972. Objective: to promotefemale entrepreneurship, through awards, international studies and a database of women entrepreneurs.
Veuve Clicquot doesn’t just make flutes sparkle. With its Bold Woman Dinners, the house is making a historic commitment to ambitious women.
