Laïa Monceau, a Mediterranean oasis in the heart of Paris

Just a stone’s throw from Parc Monceau, a discreet spot is restoring Southern cuisine to its rightful place.
With its planted garden, hanging vegetable patch and solar plates, Laïa Monceau offers an immersive, warm and fresh experience. A Mediterranean stopover in the 8th arrondissement, where refinement and generosity go hand in hand.

An address that cultivates the good taste of the South

From the moment you enter, you sense that time is slowing down here. Behind the bay windows, light envelops a room designed like a Tuscan villa: generous arches, natural materials, an ochre palette, a round bar and made-to-measure furniture. The terrace, lined with vegetation and cradled by a lemon tree, evokes the dolce vita with disarming naturalness.

Designed by the Adjamée studio, the décor combines craftsmanship, marine references and solar inspiration. XXL ceramic fresco by Marie Levêque, wavy carpets, star motifs and Sienna tones: everything here speaks of eternal summer.

A Mediterranean menu, generous and masterful

In the kitchen, chef Sacha Perrin (trained with Gordon Ramsay and Simone Zanoni) brings his dual training in cooking and pastry-making to bear in a masterful, subtle score.

Entrances like a summer breeze

Impossible to start without a yellowtail crudo with coconut and yuzu, both iodized and floral. Or zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta, saffron arancini and sun-drenched Pugliese burrata with heirloom tomatoes.

Pizzette and pasta: the “Laïazzas”, stars of the house

The house signature dish, Laïazzas – mini-pizzas made with natural sourdough – revisit the Neapolitan spirit in a chic, casual, ultra-gourmet version.
On the pasta side, tomato-burratina-taggiasche gnocchi, seafood fregola sarda and del Plin ravioli punctuate this journey with panache.

Melt-in-the-mouth meats cooked to perfection

At Laïa Monceau, grilling reigns supreme. Special mention must be made of thelamb shoulder confit, veal chop Milanese-style, or the octopus “gari gari”, crispy and melting at the same time.
Each plate celebrates Mediterranean generosity without heaviness or frills. The finishing touch? The pommes grenailles with smoked butter, an elegant accompaniment to southern meats.

Inspired, gourmet desserts

A former pastry chef, Sacha Perrin offers a gourmet end to a meal: Laïamisu, with a delicate twist, strawberry-rhubarb-basil pavlova, or Sicilian pistachio choux. Each dessert extends the voyage with refinement, without sweet excess.

A cutting-edge cellar that criss-crosses the Mediterranean

The wine list takes in Italy, France and Spain, with independent winemakers and characterful grape varieties. Served in magnum or by the glass, the selection is designed for sharing and gastronomic pairing.
In the shade, the rooftop kitchen garden supplies plates with fresh herbs: mint, basil, lemongrass… A true locavore signature, reinforced by a clear ambition: to obtain the Ecotable label for a more sustainable commitment.

The FUGA spirit: accessible, elegant, lively

A member of the FUGA group, Laïa Monceau shares the DNA of its sister addresses: discreet luxury, sincere cuisine and a convivial atmosphere. Here, no posturing, just natural elegance, a place made for entertaining, laughing and sharing.

A perfect venue for private events

With its different areas – bar, terrace, main room… -Laïa Monceau is the ideal setting for a corporate event, seminar or private celebration. A confidential address, focused on made-to-measure service and Mediterranean hospitality.
