La Parisienne 2025: the running, well-being and sharing event not to be missed
Every September, La Parisienne transforms Paris into a stage for sport, good humor and commitment. It’s an all-women’s race, yes… but so much more: a three-day festival of health, sport and well-being, open to as many people as possible.
The concept: run, walk, vibrate
La Parisienne offers several formats: a 10 km run, a 7 km run or walk, and free festive events focusing on sport and well-being. Departing from the Pont d’Iéna, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, for an urban route through the heart of Paris, to take in the sights, the music and the atmosphere. The route is punctuated by bands, orchestras and DJs every 250 meters, making it a joyful, almost danceable exercise. This festive aspect is highly sought-after: here we’re not always looking for performance, but for complicity, pleasure and sharing.
Why go there: what makes it unique
La Parisienne isn’t just a race: it’s an event that brings people together. You come for the experience: the two-day village, the pop-ups, the workshops, the massages, the wellness stands, the food trucks. You prepare, you relax, you laugh. It also supports a worthy cause: breast cancer research. By taking part, every runner (or walker) contributes to raising awareness and supporting scientists.
For many, it’s also a way of getting back into sport, running or walking with people, in a collective spirit. No pressure, just encouragement, conviviality and a spotlight on the feminine that brings people together. And for visitors and accompanying persons, the show is also visual: the costumes, the challenges between friends or companies, the music, the public.
Highlights not to be missed
- The La Parisienne Village: three days of free entertainment, brand stands, wellness workshops, advice, shopping pop-ups, not forgetting bib collection.
- Collective warm-ups to music before the start: moments of shared energy.
- A wave start, allowing regularity and conviviality, to avoid crowds.
- Refreshment points (water, snacks) along the route.
