As a result, each dish becomes a multi-sensory experience that appeals to aesthetes and epicureans alike. Here are our recommended addresses in Paris to fully appreciate these flavors.

Cooking workshops dedicated to Korean flavors
This autumn, Korean gastronomy is also invited to the Korean Cultural Center, which is organizing a new edition of its cooking workshops. Hosted by chefs Yoo Seunghee and Baik Sunghee, these are sure to be sensory journeys in the making.
Under the banner of the five traditional Korean colors (Obangsaek), the sessions will feature four emblematic dishes:
- Ojeolpan, a refined dish of the royal court, made with thin pancakes and colorful fillings.
- Osaek kkochi, multicolored skewers of beef and vegetables, as elegant as they are tasty.
- Japchae, sweet potato noodles sautéed with vegetables and beef, a Korean holiday staple.
- Bibimbap, the famous Korean rice bowl, rich in color, flavor and symbolism.
A program that illustrates the richness of a cuisine where balance and symbolism are combined with the pleasure of taste.
