An ice rink opens at the Parc des Princes: a new winter experience in Paris
While winter traditionally invites you to skate in Parisian gardens or in the capital’s main squares, this season the Parc des Princes is offering a unique experience, at the crossroads of sport, festivity and holiday spirit. From December 13, 2025 to January 2, 2026, Paris Saint-Germain’s iconic stadium will inaugurate an ephemeral ice rink, installed behind the goals on the Auteuil side of the pitch, as part of the Winter in Paris program. .
Winter ambience in an iconic location
With its 225 m² of synthetic ice, the ice rink at the Parc des Princes reinvents access to skating in the heart of Paris. Rather than seeking out the traditional Christmas facilities scattered around the city, visitors here find themselves immersed in a unique setting: surrounded by the historic stands and lawn of the famous stadium, they can skate right next to the goalposts, in a setting designed to be accessible to everyone, from beginners to experienced amateurs.
The configuration of the site has been fully exploited: the ice rink unfolds in the sports area, offering an almost theatrical feel to the activity. The presence ofa mascot, Germain, enlivens the space on certain key dates in December (December 22, 23, 24, 27, 28 and 29), while younger skaters can try their hand at skating from the age of 3, thanks to specially adapted skateboards, in addition to the classic skates available on site.
Festive entertainment for the whole family
The “Winter in Paris” program isn’t limited to the ice: around the facility, several catering chalets offer winter classics – raclette-style croques, rich hot chocolate and gourmet crêpes – in a convivial atmosphere designed for the whole family. Between turns on the skates, you can warm up with a hot drink or pastry, or take a break in front of a photocall specially set up on the site.
During the same period, visitors will also be able to meet Santa Claus, between December 22 and 24, as he distributes chocolates and small gifts bearing the PSG and winter colors. This festive dimension reinforces the spirit of the season, transforming a simple visit to the stadium into a winter outing in its own right.
