This year, Jordan Talbot revisits a classic French pastry with subtle audacity. His Signature Easter Egg is inspired by the Paris-Brest, a childhood memory revisited with contemporary precision. Sculptural, woven, almost jewel-like, the object intrigues as much as it seduces.

Beneath a shell of deep, intense Peruvian dark chocolate lies a perfectly orchestrated heart of sweets: Madagascar vanilla marshmallows, Valencia almond praline, cocoa nibs and flowing caramel with fleur de sel. Each texture dialogues with the other, between melting, crunchy and creamy.
