Imagine eight days on the open ocean, far from the noise of everyday life, aboard a luxury yacht that doubles as a medical wellness space. That is exactly what Four Seasons Yachts is now offering with the launch of the Lanserhof Reset programme, an unprecedented longevity cure designed for the Four Seasons I‘s first transatlantic crossing.

A transatlantic crossing transformed into a longevity cure

On 8 November, the Four Seasons I will leave the Mediterranean and set sail for the Caribbean. This first major crossing since the ship’s launch last spring is far more than a simple repositioning voyage. Four Seasons Yachts has chosen to turn this extended time at sea into a genuine health proposition, partnering with Lanserhof, the Austrian clinic that has been a benchmark in preventive medicine since the 1980s.

The programme runs for eight days and is built around a holistic approach. It includes biological diagnostics, breathwork sessions, fitness training, sound baths and nutritional coaching, the latter featuring chlorophyll shots, one of the signatures of what Lanserhof calls its Energy Cuisine.

The programme is led by nutritionists, therapists and coaches. This offering complements the wellness facilities already on board, which include a spa, a thermal circuit, and cryotherapy, infrared and hydrotherapy equipment.

What the Lanserhof Reset programme actually includes

For guests wishing to take part in the cure, here are the key elements of the Lanserhof Reset aboard Four Seasons Yachts:

  • Personalised biological diagnostics
  • Breathwork sessions and fitness training
  • Sound baths
  • Nutritional coaching with chlorophyll shots
  • Support from nutritionists, therapists and coaches

This structured framework sets the Lanserhof Reset apart from a standard spa offering. It is a preventive medical programme, rooted in decades of clinical expertise, applied to the unique environment of a yacht on the high seas.

Wellness and longevity, the driving forces of luxury in 2026

This partnership between Four Seasons and Lanserhof is part of a broader shift. According to a recent study on the major trends shaping the sector in 2026-2027, wellness and longevity rank among the most promising segments in high-end travel. This evolution is driven by a post-pandemic awareness of health and by a clientele in search of genuine disconnection.

At the same time, demand for ultra-luxury cruising continues to grow, and supply is expanding accordingly. The Four Seasons I is the first vessel in a fleet developed jointly by Four Seasons, Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings and Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri. A second yacht, the Four Seasons II, is already confirmed for 2027.

Four Seasons Yachts, a fleet in full expansion

Launched in March 2026, the Four Seasons I embodies the hotel brand’s ambition to establish itself in the ultra-luxury cruise market. Four Seasons Yachts is not simply offering a prestigious floating hotel: it is now integrating carefully designed health programmes developed with recognised medical partners.

This positioning speaks directly to the expectations of a clientele that no longer wants to choose between travel and looking after their health. With the Lanserhof Reset, guests aboard the Four Seasons I benefit from a structured medical framework, overseen by professionals, in an environment designed to support recovery and longevity. The November transatlantic crossing thus becomes far more than a logistical milestone, it is an experience in its own right, at the intersection of luxury travel and preventive medicine.
