The Macallan at the Saint James: a whisky and gastronomy dinner

A rare, confidential and skilfully distilled sensory experience awaits thirty guests on May 7 at Saint James Paris.
A menu inspired by a Scottish voyage
In the hushed setting of the Bellefeuille* restaurant, the prestigious The Macallan whisky joins forces with the joint talents of chefs Grégory Garimbay (Bellefeuille) and Tom Meyer (La Chèvre d’Or**) for a five-part dinner, conceived as a dialogue between French terroirs and the subtleties of Scottish Speyside. Born of a shared journey to the heart of The Macallan estate, this original menu translates the essence of whisky through iodized, vegetal and mineral cuisine, true to Garimbay’s signature.
The alliance of two committed Michelin-starred chefs
Both Michelin-starred chefs share a deeply creative, responsible and sensory vision of gastronomy. Through this unique dinner, they intend to sublimate the deep aromas of The Macallan single malts, while remaining faithful to a sincere approach to the raw product. This attention to detail extends even beyond the event: one of the dishes imagined that evening will become part of the Bellefeuille menu for three months.
The Saint James Paris, a confidential place, a rare moment
Only 30 places will be available for this evening at a cost of €250 per person, by reservation only.
