These Parisian hotels hide restaurants not to be missed
Looking for the perfect weekend in Paris? These Parisian hotels offer both an ideal location and outstanding food.
Narcisse Blanc: Cléo, a discreet jewel near the Eiffel Tower
The Eiffel Tower district attracts the crowds. Yet the Hotel Narcisse Blanc remains a well-kept secret. Its restaurant, Cléo, offers refined French cuisine. At lunchtime, from Monday to Saturday, Cléo takes a chic bistro approach. The generous, tasty menu is perfect for quick but skilfully orchestrated meals, whether for a business lunch or a moment with friends. From dinner onwards and on Sundays, Cléo changes face to offer an elaborate gastronomic experience in a hushed, convivial atmosphere.

Royal Madeleine: Arboré, a culinary oasis close to the hustle and bustle
Located a stone’s throw from Boulevard Haussmann, the Hôtel Royal Madeleine combines discreet charm with modern comfort. Its Arboré restaurant invites you to take a green break in the heart of Paris. Arboré lives up to its name. Nestled behind the Royal Madeleine, it unveils a verdant terrace in absolute calm.
The cuisine, based on the market, makes the most of simple products with care. The chef plays the card of precision without excess.
At lunchtime, the business clientele mingles with local regulars. In the evening, the atmosphere is more subdued.
A rare address where discreet luxury and natural freshness coexist.
Arboré, 29 Rue de l’Arcade, 75008 Paris
Maison Delano: Delano Café, the stylish address in Faubourg Saint-Honoré
Maison Delano, located in the hotel’s inner courtyard, offers a unique experience. With its 200 m² of greenery, this space is designed to enhance moments spent at Maison Delano. The interior rooms are delightfully decorated.
Maison Delano’s cuisine is respectful of the environment, promoting short supply chains and local producers. “It’s very important for us to value our suppliers. Without them, we’re nothing,” Paolo Minelli recalls with conviction, highlighting the importance of partnerships with market gardeners and farmers in the Paris region.

Splendid Hotel: Tosca, between the Champs-Élysées and the Faubourg
On the corner of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré and the Champs-Élysées, the Splendide Hôtel is discreet. Its Tosca restaurant is not. Tosca is the embodiment of Italian cuisine by an author who is generous, easy to understand, but always subtle. A native of Rome, trained in the rigors of the Michelin-starred establishments of Bergamo and Orvieto, and having passed through Alain Ducasse’s La Cucina, Ambrogio has created a culinary score that is both precise and inhabited. Each dish tells a story – that of a gourmet Italy, reinvented with exceptional products.

Shangri-La: Bauhinia, Asian elegance at the Trocadéro
The Shangri-La hotel, a stone’s throw from the Trocadero, offers a timeless experience. La Bauhinia offers a truly green getaway, with the added bonus of a unique view of the Eiffel Tower. With its intimate atmosphere and Asian-inspired menu, the restaurant has all the ingredients for a gourmet break. A taste of this high-flying culinary journey? Gamberro Rossa to munch on Sticky Rice or tuna tataki with spring onion refreshed with Ponzu sauce. As for the main courses, the lean meat cooked at a low temperature in a banana leaf, accompanied by a fondue of carrots, flat beans and coconut, has caught our eye. As is the lobster in small pastel ravioli swimming in a wonton broth.

Royal Monceau: Il Carpaccio, star-studded Italy
Just off Place de l’Étoile, the Royal Monceau is home to Il Carpaccio, the only Michelin-starred Italian restaurant in Paris. In the kitchen, an efficient and motivated duo of Italian chefs, Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Favero! Chefs offer you a revisited Italian cuisine, authentic and gourmet, yet refined. The emphasis is on exceptional quality products, straight from Italy! The name Il Carpaccio is obviously linked to this essential dish of Italian gastronomy. It is revisited each season, according to the desires and inspirations of the chefs. We loved the truffled beef carpaccio with Caesar sauce. Finally, don’t miss the Paccheri alla Vittorio, the chef duo’s signature dish, or the Elephant Ear, a breaded veal chop with three-tomato sauce and fresh Parmesan cheese.
Il Carpaccio, 37 Av. Hoche, 75008 Paris
Pavillon de la Reine: Anne, jewel of the Marais
Place des Vosges, the Pavillon de la Reine remains one of the finest hotels in the Marais. Its restaurant, Anne, nestles in a peaceful courtyard. In terms of cuisine, the Michelin-starred chef has created a menu that is inspired, refined and resolutely modern. Dishes showcase noble products without distorting them. Blue lobster, for example, arrives just seared, accompanied by an intense bisque. Veal fillet is pink throughout, highlighted by a sauce of reduced juice. Even the desserts tell the story of a season: wild strawberry or poached pear, depending on the moment.
You can eat here in an almost unreal calm, yet just a stone’s throw from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding streets.
