Le Grand Remix: the chefs’ perfect aperitif with ST-GERMAIN

It’s an alliance as unexpected as it is obvious: that of creative gastronomy and a cocktail that has become cult. To liven up the aperitifs of summer 2025, ST-GERMAIN liqueur has created Le Grand Remix, a series of exclusive bites designed to accompany its floral Spritz… and shake up the codes of pairing.

When gastronomy flirts with mixology

Launched in 2007, ST-GERMAIN has established itself as the fresh elderflower liqueur, offering a sweet, floral, bitter-free alternative to Spritz. An assertive counterpoint to the Venetian Spritz, it appeals to a new generation of drinkers in search of freshness and subtlety.

To accompany its signature cocktail – a refined blend of ST-GERMAIN®, prosecco, sparkling water and lemon zest – the brand called on four culinary talents from very different worlds, but all driven by a contemporary vision of cuisine.

Four chefs, four challenges, four mouthfuls to savour

The idea: offer them a creative challenge based on the notion of aperitif. One theme per week, one recipe to create, and one watchword: surprise.

  • Cyril Lignac, star chef and crowd favorite, opens the ball (week of June 13 to 23) with a pea, mint and wasabi tartlet, topped with a red tuna tartare. Fresh, elegant and surprisingly spicy – without the spice.
  • Diego Alary, chef voyageur with a viral aura (over 4 million followers), imagines (week of June 24-30) a mini panini with squid and aioli, enhanced with candied peppers. The South in a crusty bread.
  • Japanese-trained Théo Lignani plays the sweet-savory trompe-l’oeil card (week of July 1-7) with arancini with a heart of melting mozzarella, and a miso-mayo sauce that pumps up the umami.
  • Last but not least, food duo Toscane & Lucas, creators of The Way We Want account, sign (week from July 8 to 15) a Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice as stylish as it is addictive, mixing raw tuna, sriracha, kombu, ponzu and jalapeños.

An immersive experience on the quays of the Seine with ST-GERMAIN

The public can discover these creations on the terrace of Barapapa (11 Port de la Rapée, Paris 12e). From June 13 to July 15, every day from 5pm to 9pm, the first 100 glasses of ST-GERMAIN® Spritz will be accompanied free of charge by one of these exclusive bites, in a setting transformed in the brand’s colors.

A true moment of relaxation by the water, conceived as a summer ritual between mixology and light gastronomy. All in a green setting, punctuated by music and open to all tastes.

With Le Grand Remix, ST-GERMAIN® proves that a good aperitif is more than just a cocktail: it’s a complete, creative and accessible experience.
