Ciné-Club Barrière: cinema invites itself to La Baule and Deauville
What if your favorite film became an experience to be savored, with champagne, deckchairs and actor’s secrets?
A five-star cinema in a luxury setting
From July 12 to 27, 2025, the Ciné-Club Barrière returns for a confidential summer season. In the elegant lounges of the Hermitage Hotel in La Baule and the Golf Hotel in Deauville, screenings are experienced differently. Comfortable chilis, fluffy plaids, gourmet popcorn, champagne and sweets served by bellboys… Every detail has been thought of to transform viewing into an exclusive sensory experience.
Flesh-and-voice artists
Each session opens with a rare moment: the arrival of the directors and actors themselves. Julie Delpy, Géraldine Nakache, Pascal Elbé, Olivier Nakache, Philippe Lacheau and Hafsia Herzi come to chat with viewers, share their intentions and reveal what goes on behind the scenes. A direct, human and privileged exchange with those who make today’s cinema.
Programming in tune with the times
The Ciné-Club Barrière celebrates French cinema in all its emotional and aesthetic diversity. Whether popular comedies, sensitive dramas or intimate works, each film is chosen for its contemporary resonance. In La Baule as in Deauville, the atmosphere is hushed, but the message remains vibrant and engaging.
