Pink October: Fauchon l’Hôtel Paris joins the Paris Committee of the League against Cancer.

For the second year running, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris is committed to the Paris Committee of the League Against Cancer. True to its spirit of excellence and benevolent values, the Parisian establishment and its Japanese counterpart, Fauchon L’Hôtel Kyoto, are combining their expertise to transform gastronomy and well-being into instruments of prevention and solidarity.

A vegan menu for health and indulgence

From October 1 to 31, 2025, the Grand Café Fauchon is offering an exclusive vegan menu, a veritable manifesto for a balanced diet. Conceived by Chef Baptiste Limouzin in Paris and Chef Keiichiro Hayashi in Kyoto, it illustrates two cultures, two culinary visions, united around the same cause. Pencil leeks, sweet potato tataki with sesame umeboshi, celery root origami and a fruity rose petal dessert make up a refined score, alongside the “Madame Fauchon” mocktail, a refreshing alcohol-free creation, a tribute to femininity and prevention. For each menu (€62), €8 is donated to the League; for each mocktail (€18), €1.

General mobilization for Pink October

In addition to the table, the Beauty Spa Fauchon also takes part in the operation. Visitors can treat themselves to the Fauchon Signature Massage (€180), including a one-hour massage and a thirty-minute hammam. For each treatment, €5 will be donated to research. An experience where pampering yourself becomes a gesture of support.

A committed company

Craftsmen, receptionists, practitioners and cooks also get involved in initiatives such as the Odysséa Paris race, which takes place on October 4. For Arnaud Morandi, General Manager: Every gesture counts. We are proud to support this cause by offering our customers moments of pleasure and meaningful experiences.

With Octobre Rose, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris confirms that elegance and commitment are one and the same, transforming every experience into an act of solidarity.
