This exclusive signature treatment is the brainchild of Florence Petit, head of spa-practitioners at La Cheneaudière. Inspired by the energies of autumn and local resources, it combines a soothing massage with warm organic hazelnut oil for the back, followed by a facial massage using small bowls of hazelwood, custom-made by a Vosges craftsman. This enveloping gesture offers warmth, comfort and grounding, symbols of the season.
The hazelnut tree, sacred to dowsers, brings a symbolic dimension: connection with nature, psychic soothing, awakening of the senses.
