Taste of Paris celebrates its 10th anniversary at the Grand Palais with Paul Pairet, Nina Métayer and top chefs
Spring has sprung in Paris, and with it comes one of the most eagerly-awaited gatherings for food lovers. Taste of Paris will take place in the nave of the Grand Palais from May 21 to 24, 2026. This year, the festival celebrates its 10th edition with a program that promises to delight every taste bud.
The Grand Palais transformed into a temple to gastronomy
For this anniversary edition, Taste of Paris highlights the richness of the French and Parisian culinary scene. For 4 days, visitors will be able to sample creations from palaces and Michelin-starred restaurants. They’ll also have the chance to meet their favorite chefs in person.
The program promises to be rich and varied. Tastings will be held alongside masterclasses by some of France’s finest Michelin-starred chefs. A farmers’ market completes the picture for those wishing to leave with exceptional products.
The nave of the Grand Palais is transformed into a giant restaurant. Two services punctuate each day: one at lunchtime, the other at dinnertime. This way, everyone can make the most of the festival to their heart’s content.
“We eat, eat and eat some more between tastings, masterclasses and the farmers’ market, to enjoy all the best that the world capital of gastronomy has to offer.”
A host of Michelin-starred chefs
The list of participating chefs is breathtaking. Among the names expected are Thierry Marx, Ricardo Silva and Simone Zanoni. These Michelin-starred chefs will be offering their creations to festival visitors.
Many former Top Chef candidates will be present. They include Stéphanie Le Quellec, Paul Pairet, Clotaire Poirier and Pierre Chomet. Thibaut Spiwack and the duo Philippine Jaillet & Charles Neyers complete the line-up.

Sweet tooths are not forgotten
Taste of Paris is putting the spotlight on desserts this year. Nina Métayer, crowned best pastry chef in the world, will be on hand to delight gourmets. Philippe Conticini and Aurélien Cohen will also be offering their sweet creations.
Master chocolatier Pierre Marcolini completes this talented list. His cocoa creations will delight chocolate lovers. These artisans of sugar add a touch of sweetness to an already jam-packed program.
However, not all chefs will be present for the entire festival. Some will only be present for a shift or a day. So be sure to check the program before booking your tickets.
An organization designed with visitors in mind
The Grand Palais, located at 17, avenue du Général-Eisenhower in the 8th arrondissement, is hosting this major event. Its majestic nave provides an exceptional setting for this culinary gathering. The space makes it easy to move between the various stands and workshops.
The organizers have conceived the festival as an immersive experience. Each visitor can compose his or her own gustatory journey. Between savory and sweet, the choice promises to be tough but delicious.
For its 10th edition, the culinary festival is pulling out all the stops. The young chefs who are shaking up the Parisian food scene rub shoulders with the established greats. This mix of generations has been the strength of Taste of Paris since its inception.
Practical information to enjoy the festival
The festival takes place over 4 days, from Wednesday May 21 to Saturday May 24, 2026. Each day offers two visiting slots, corresponding to lunch and dinner services. This formula allows you to adapt your visit to your schedule.
Visitors will be able to purchase tickets online in advance of the event. Given the popularity of the event and the quality of the programming, it’s best to get in early. Places for certain workshops often sell out quickly.
The Paris culinary scene meets under the glass roof of the Grand Palais. Taste of Paris offers a rare opportunity to rub shoulders with so much talent in one place. Gourmets, gluttons and foodies alike will find what they’re looking for among the stands.
